How I learned HTML
I discovered HTMl way back when I was 15 years old. We had a Computer class and HTML was one of the topics. back then, I wasn’t that interested in the subject and made my first HTML site that works with frames. That sucked because our teacher didn’t explain to us the syntax and how it works. What she taught us were only the basics and she had high expectations for our project. So what I did was search for it. I came across sites that really had my jaw drop. I was amazed at how someone could weave something so beautifully just by putting images and codes together. One of my inspirations was a NejiTen fansite. Though it was only hosted on Geocities, I liked it because how refreshing the layout looks and its juicy content. So I started self-studying about HTML since we didn’t have another class about it. My first ever site was a Bonnie Wright fansite that changes its background with every page(I know it sucks right? LOL).
I stopped web designing for a while because I had to focus on my studies, as it is my first priority. I’m not claiming I know everything about HTML and the web. All I know is I’m here to learn more from various websites and designers who motivate me into making sites better than what I’m doing right now.
